Blade boasts a transparent tube made from polycarbonate material, measuring 90cm in length and featuring a 25mm or 26mm outline diameter, with an inner diameter of either 22mm or 23mm. A hollow tube made of white foam lies within, and embedded inside are approximately 70-80 pieces of 5Φ LED strings that radiate over 10,000 mcd. Power is supplied by a rechargeable 18650 Li-ion battery in conjunction with a 1 ohm resistor current limiter. The device includes a 16mm diameter metal button switch to manage power activation and deactivation. To ensure blade stability, it is locked into position using four M4 screws at the top of the hilt, each measuring 8mm in length. Printing details include the utilization of a D-Force V2 printer, with specified print settings being no raft support, a resolution of 0.25mm, and an infill level of 50%. Additionally, notes specify that PLA material was used for this printing project.
