Star Wars light switch plate
thingiverse
I remixed the clamaster light switch plate because I wanted to adapt it to a rectangular switch, which required enlarging both the hole and the plate itself. I avoided placing screw holes within either the Jedi or Sith lettering. The new dimensions are 112.37 mm X 181.62 mm X 10 mm, making it larger than standard lightswitch plates. Initially, I feared it might be too big, but I'm pleased with the result. Additionally, I removed the letters from the plate and printed the Jedi text in green, complete with a lightsaber blade attached to the letter J. The Sith part was printed in red, with one part of the sabers hilt detached and the other attached to the H. I plan to paint the sabers hilt black or silver someday. Meanwhile, I repurposed the leftover support as a light switch plate for my other child's room, which turned out nicely.
