Star Wars: Legion is a tabletop war game where you command your favorite Star Wars characters in battle. The game uses round cardboard tokens called Order Tokens to represent issued orders. Many players place these tokens in coin capsules or holders for protection. I was about to buy some coin capsules when I thought, "I can design my own protector!" So I created this Star Wars: Legion Order Token Protector / Coin Capsule and have been printing them in batches of six. To print securely, please set your slicer to 0.3mm for all layers. Increase the first layer temperature by 10 degrees Celsius or more. Print slowly and carefully. Assemble the protector by placing the order token in the small half without slits, then snap on the half with slits. It should fit together tightly. The default photo shows Imperial tokens printed this way. If the protector appears cloudy, try one of these options: print at an even higher temperature or over-extrude slightly. Apply a glossy spray varnish or use different transparent plastics. You can also try printing at 0.15mm for a cloudier finish with lower glare. The second photo shows Rebel tokens printed this way.
