I designed a one-of-a-kind iPhone 6 Star Wars case using my own custom woodfill prints. This material combination is perfect for PLA, as I soon discovered! Design Overview: Build Support: Print with support structures as shown in the image. Optimize Thickness: Use a very thin layer height to achieve multiple layers at the thinnest point of the backplate. Be sure to check your slicing software to confirm this setting!
