UPDATE: 3 Options Available. Binders1 is designed as a single-piece print with an integrated hinge, although its effectiveness may vary depending on the specific print. Prints using support materials, such as my Objet24, should function well. (Untested) Binders2 consists of separate parts that can be assembled to create a complete Binder. A hinge pin must be glued in place. For added convenience, I have included the three components required to manufacture the Binders. To ensure prisoner comfort, foam is needed inside; 1 inch thick soft black foam is recommended. The "clasp" area features holes for gluing standard 2mm diameter x 3mm magnets (http://bit.ly/1RZ2hbG) or drilling to accommodate 3x3 magnets (http://bit.ly/1mbuUnO).
