This is AMPS, or EGL-21, the power droid counterpart of GTAW-74 from Niima Outpost on Jakku. He can be spotted in the tent in the background when Rey takes down Finn with a quick move. AMPS measures roughly to the 3 3/4" figure line, although there is limited information available for comparison. I took a shot at estimating his dimensions based on what was known. I've been self-teaching myself how to model by creating figures of obscure background droids from the Star Wars saga that have yet to be turned into action figures.
