I modeled a rebel helmet based on screencaps from the movie, and it's ready to scale up to an enormous size of around 5500% - although I'm not entirely sure if that's what I actually used. To measure the top opening, I utilized Fusion 360, and it should be approximately 22-23cm from front to back.
