This is built with one-eighth inch thick Baltic Birch plywood. Once you've cut it out, you'll need to carefully stack and glue the coaster holder together. Note that the holders aren't perfectly symmetrical, so be sure to arrange them thoughtfully to ensure a sturdy bond. I also need to tweak my tabs to make them fit more snugly.
