This Star Wars Control Panel is taken from the sixth episode of Star Wars The Mandalorian "The Prisoner" When the Mandalorian is on a rebel prisoner ship, to do a job. When opening a cell this control panel is used. A R2D2 unit can use the computer terminal to unlock doors or get information. https://youtu.be/9TiGRwvqvDw There are 3 versions of this model. This model has two disk that run freely on the main axes. Other version have the complete control panel and have working parts, when the first ring is turned, the second (back) ring turns the other direction.
