Star Wars Coffee Cup Coaster

I envisioned the original design as the perfect candidate for a customized coffee cup coaster and proved myself right by transforming it into one. I scaled up the keychain design, carefully eliminating the keychain loop to achieve the desired shape. Printer Settings: Printer Brand: RepRap Printer: Prusa i3 Rework Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .32 Layer Height Infill: 40% infill Notes: My first attempt at printing this design in ABS ended with a severely warped result, prompting me to devise a solution. I constructed a simple heated build chamber by placing a box over the printbed and applied an ABS slurry to the bed to ensure proper adhesion. The addition of a 3mm brim seemed unnecessary but ultimately proved beneficial in achieving a perfectly flat coaster for my coffee cup next to my computer.
