The Cantina Spaceman guy was a character that appears in the movie Star Wars New Hope, Mos Eisley Cantina. It is articulated in arms and legs, so you can use in your 3.75" dioramas. This is a digital download of the STL files required to make the pictured figure item (figures and backgrounds not included).
