I'm excited to create a themed bookend, and this is my first attempt. The challenge lies in attaching the base to the body - it's not straightforward, but definitely doable. To make future designs more manageable, I'll work on a new concept that will simplify the gluing process. For now, I'll display this initial version for feedback and consideration.
