This insert system is designed to keep FFG's Star Wars: Armada organized within its core box. The space inside can store parts for at least two ships and squadron packs, as well as both campaign box sets. The speed dials and command dial trays stack components to minimize space. There is additional room in the dice tray that I use for D6s (used as damage trackers with my ship/squadron dashboards found here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3630279 and here https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3625004) - but you can utilize this space for anything else that fits. The card trays support sleeved cards. I use Mayday standard sleeves and the thick tarot-sized sleeves from Edge of Darkness. A set of dividers is also included to help organize Upgrade cards, which can be printed out and stuck on a card. It's worth noting that there is no space to store ships/squadrons or bases inside this insert system. I use separate foam KR multicases for this purpose. The internal dimensions of the box are 286 x 286 x 132mm. Be aware that this is an extremely large print job, requiring two reels of filament and likely taking over 40 hours to complete. I've updated the upgrade card trays on December 21, 2020, by adding extra cutouts to reduce the amount of filament needed.
