Star Wars: Armada (1st edition) - Boardgame Insert
cults3d
This is a series of inserts to help organise FFG's Star Wars: Armada (1st edition - i.e. the small upgrade cards) that fits inside the core box. There's enough space to store all the bits for at least 2 of every ship and squadron pack, and the two campaign boxsets. The speed dials and command dials trays are designed to stack the components to help minimise space. There's some extra space in the dice tray which I use for D6s (for use as damage trackers with my ship/squadron dashboards https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3630279 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3625004) - but you can use the space for anything else that might fit. The card trays support sleeved cards. I use Mayday standard sleeves and the thick tarot sized sleeves from Edge of Darkness. I have also included a set of dividers that can be printed out and stuck to card to help organise the Upgrade cards. There is no space to store the ships/squadrons or the bases. I use separate foam KR multicases for this. Box internal dimensions: 286 x 286 x 132mm BE WARNED: this is a MASSIVE print. It uses two reels of filament and will likely take 40+ hours to print. UPDATE: 21/12/2020 - I've modified the upgrade card trays to add extra cutouts to reduce the amount of filament required.
