Here is my take on the 29th century tricorder from the Star Trek: Voyager episode "Relativity". There are two versions available, solid and hollow, to accommodate electronics if desired. The main parts were printed upright, with hinges facing down and supports in place. The legs on the lid may pose a challenge, but forcing support for the first 50 layers can prevent them from coming loose. Note: Until the hinge covers or back cover are installed, the lid will not open smoothly. 7/2/20 Graphics were added for the first time, with scaling down to about 35% of the original size yielding the best results. 10/2/20 Errors on all parts were corrected and a solid version compatible with the same lid was created. - 6/4/21 The Lid was updated by modifying it without the decal indents due to their thinness causing them to show up on the outside and look bad. This new clean version keeps it smooth, also removing holes in the hinge pegs helps prevent support removal from breaking them off. The solid scanner had an uneven surface which is now fixed. - 6/5/21 A stand was added with a swivel support for displaying the tricorder open or closed.
