I reworked the original STL files for part one and two of the design, addressing the issues that prevented them from loading correctly in PrusaSlicer. Since I was using PrusaSlicer specifically, I wasn't able to apply the fixes mentioned in the comments for Cura. To resolve the issue, I ran the STLs through a repair program, which successfully got them working. Following this, I was able to slice them perfectly and achieved amazing results.
