Update 8-26-2019: I've reprinted the USS Enterprise in Polyalchemy Elixir Silver PLA. The previous one I printed, I gave to my supervisor. I've also added Printable inlays for the base to make the lettering and emblem stand out. This is my rendition of the Star Trek USS Enterprise NCC - 1701. The model consists of 14 pieces and 3 pieces for the base. All the parts have a .2mm tolerance between them and should fit together smoothly with a semi-loose fit, except for the base that only has a .1mm tolerance and fits snugly. I assembled it without using glue. For all other parts, I used 3DGloop. All parts are in my opinion the best printing orientation, and I used it to print them. The parts that need support are (from build plate only): Primary Hull, Second Hull Satellite, Secondary Hull Front, Engine Front Caps. You'll only need it for the outer ring if you can disable it for the middle; I advise against it. The parts that may need support but can probably be printed without it are Mid Hull.
