This file is a custom-made cover that fits perfectly onto the communicator file from TheHaggard's original design:\nhttp://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1372299\nI took on the challenge of creating a working model since TheHaggard's cover was notoriously difficult to print, and I wanted a reliable alternative.\nAfter several trial runs, I successfully printed this cover at 1800 mm/s with minimal adjustments required due to its intricate design featuring numerous small circles. After around five attempts, I managed to get all the measurements and settings spot on, resulting in a structurally sound cover that also looks great when painted, as shown.\nIt now fits like a precision glove and prints flawlessly with my machine's optimal settings listed below:\nBlack PLA filament (supplied with the MakerGear M2 printer)\n.35 nozzle diameter\n.95 extrusion temperature\n.2mm resolution\n215 degrees printing temperature\n70 degrees bed temperature (not strictly necessary)\nGenerous use of supports for wheel hinges\n100% fan speed\n1800 mm/s print speed (you might be able to push this higher, but I found it produced a tangled mess at 2800 due to its fine lines.\nI hope this information helps.
