Star Trek TMP-era John Glenn Class

The John Glenn-type Starfleet ship is a stunning creation from the Star Trek Ships of the Line calendar. In my opinion, it's a fantastic take on the classic 'secondary hull over primary hull' design with the saucer section cleverly situated underneath. However, its construction presented some challenges, as it required the removal of standard impulse engines and their replacement with two sleek units mounted on either side of the pylon. This impressive vessel is also heavily armed, boasting a formidable arsenal featuring torpedo launchers from the Reliant/Miranda-class rollbar strategically positioned at the base of the warp nacelle pylons.
