Designed specifically for use in the Star Trek Catan board game, this creation serves two purposes. As the base component, it provides an outpost for the Romulan race, giving them a strategic foothold on the game board. When upgraded to its top section, however, it transforms into a starbase, earning players an additional vital victory point that brings them closer to triumph.
