Here's my version of Dr Bashir Racquetball from Star Trek, customized to your specifications. This model comes in two versions: a whole piece and four separate pieces that can be scaled up or down to suit your desired size. I've also included the dxf file for the racquetball, which you can use to cut it out of perspex with a laser cutter if you prefer a more precise and high-quality finish.
