Pike used a PADD on Enterprise, as seen in the ST Discovery TV show. Update: May 21, 2019. Version 2.0 adds changes such as mirroring the Star Trek logo and replacing switches from rockers to flat and adding an SD card slot at the front. Update: June 24, 2019 Version 3.0 moves the SD card slot more to the left, removing circular indentation. This file is available in parts or with buttons and logo separate. Version 4.0 includes V3.0 plus scaling the model to its original size, approximately 12 inches long. Update: August 4, 2019 Version 5.0 adds small details like a line separating the logo from the button section. It also features a screen-accurate data card slot with a data card included.
