Here's my interpretation of the uniform insignia from the movie Star Trek II - The Wrath of Khan, which also appears in most of the TOS crew movies. There are plenty of ways to expand on this design, as the actual insignias seen in the film contain a lot more intricate details. Nonetheless, this simplified version still looks great and captures the essence of the original.
