Star Trek - Ganine Classic Chess Set: Rook

The cover photo displays three sets: original in the back row, full-size print in the middle row, and 70% prints in the front row. I've included photos in each upload that show the printed piece, a 70% sized print (which fits perfectly under the attack boards), and an original piece for comparison. When assembling Bishops and Pawns, I found it helpful to drill a hole in their centers to run a length of filament up through the center for stability and alignment. A product called "Plastruct Plastic Weld" has proven incredibly useful on ABS plastic! It melts ABS, allowing me to use it to smooth out surfaces after assembly. However, my wife refers to it as "stinky glue," so be sure to use it in a well-ventilated area! It will take some time to complete a set, but I believe the results are worth the effort.
