The cover photo showcases three distinct sets: the original piece in the back, a full-size print in the middle row, and a 70% print in the foreground. In each upload, I've included photos that demonstrate the printed pieces, a 70% sized print (which conveniently fit under attack boards), and an original piece for comparison purposes. For the Bishops and Pawns, when assembling the rings on the base part, it's beneficial to drill holes in their centers to run a length of filament up through them for added stability and alignment. I've also discovered that a product called "Plastruct Plastic Weld" is extremely effective on ABS plastic! It melts ABS, allowing me to smooth out surfaces after assembly. However, my wife dubs it "stinky glue," so be sure to use it in a well-ventilated area! It will take some time to complete a set, but I firmly believe the results are worth the effort.
