Star Trek Enterprise D 1:84 studio replica scale model For anyone who shares my passion for this iconic ship, I've been eager to tackle this project for a very long time. Note: The internal framework is currently under development, and a preliminary draft can be viewed in the attached PDF file. However, there's still some work to be done before I'm completely satisfied. Key areas that require attention include ensuring adequate clearance for lit sections and reserving space within the ship for future additions, such as docking bays. The design calls for laser-cutting the model from 1/4" plywood, which will then be assembled using glue. Once complete, 3D-printed skins will be applied to the exterior of the model. Upon completion of the initial build, I'll revisit the model and remove windows, replacing any illuminated components with updated files.
