Here's a Bajoran Militia communicator badge for your DS9 collection. Uses 6x2mm magnets. Display stand included. Printing Tips - Printing it flat works fine, but if you are particular about the surface finish here are some tips I used for improving it using Prusaslicer. Set seams to ‘random’ which helps hide them better on the orb.Use ‘variable layer height’ feature to smooth out the top of the orb. Updated May 11 2024 - scaled the badge up a bit to feel better. Was too small before. Now feels just right. Filament used was Amolen Frosted Bronze PLA.
