i have designed the Star Trek Discovery Season 4 Captain Shoulder Ranks and also the main neck rank badge as I couldn't find any for my costume. The shoulder ranks are about 200m high by 30mm wide they are only 1.2mm thick this is due to using PLA filament and also to make them flexible to bend them for glue or velcro on the shoulder, I would recommend maybe a little bit of heat to bend them more into shape, I also recommend printing them in black PLA and use a gold paint pen or even a small paintbrush. The neck badge has holes for 10mm by 2mm magnets, I will also include one without magnet holes for velcro
