Star Trek Discovery Badges (Command / Science / Engineering / Medical)

Human: Star Trek Discovery badges are now available in STL format, featuring four different insignias: command, medical, science, and engineering. I recently completed these intricate designs using wet and dry sanding techniques, followed by a precise application of gold, silver, and bronze spray paint to accurately match the rank's signature colors. Each badge boasts an indented area at the back, carefully designed for attaching a small round magnet with glue. This ensures that the badges can be securely attached to any surface without compromising their sleek appearance. Printing these intricate designs poses a unique challenge due to their curved shape, which lacks a flat edge. As a result, support material is essential during printing, and thorough post-processing is crucial to achieve a high-quality finish.
