A Customized Version of the Higher Resolution Star Trek Badge by tmorris9. The Colors Were Separated into Distinct Printable Objects, Making Them Easy to Print Individually. Each Part Clips Together Seamlessly After Printing. Print Settings: Rafts: No Raft Needed for a Smooth First Layer. Supports: Yes, Supports Are Used to Ensure Stability During the Printing Process. Resolution: A High Resolution of 0.1 Mm Is Achieved for Precise Details. Infill: 15% Infill Density Is Used to Balance Weight and Strength. Notes: To Accomplish This Design, I Decided to Split the Badge into Two Separate Parts. This Allowed Me to Print Each Section in a Different Metal Finish: Silver and Gold. For the Silver Part, Supports Were Added to Prevent Warping Due to the Raised Center.
