A custom mount for a 3W star PCB mounted LED and 20x20x10mm heat sink is being designed. My star PCB measures 20mm across the flats with leads pointing towards two opposite circular cutouts where hex points would normally be located. The PCB measures approximately 16mm between these circular cutouts, which are approximately 4mm in diameter. This custom mount is made to match my Pi cam mount, featuring mounting holes sized for #6 sheet metal screws with centers measuring 23x35mm and the LED centered 2.5mm below the center line. The clip on this mount is not aligned with the camera mount's centerline; instead, it is centered with the hole. Update: I have successfully printed the base of the mount, which fits my star board perfectly. However, I do not currently have the correct heat sink available; they are en route to me. Once they arrive, I will test the clip and assembly.
