Star Mask

I designed this mask for the upcoming holidays in America. It's a large mask with adjustable thickness that can be resized to fit smaller forms. The cover should be printed using PETG to provide a tight seal for any filter material up to 1mm thick. Fifty stars are featured on the front, allowing for excellent airflow and cooling. I switched filaments during printing to create a multi-colored flag design. Blue layers were 4.8mm thick, while red and white layers were 4.4mm. The added seal around the mask works well for me, preventing fog from forming on my glasses. Standard window treatment was used for the seal, along with a cut section of high-quality furnace filter as the replaceable filter material. Any system that allows filament changes should be able to print this mask without supports. This is my first post to Thingiverse, so expect design updates over time.
