I'm excited to share my Star Killer's Light-saber form from Star Wars Force Unleashed II with you. When I got my printer, I knew I was going to make a light-saber that would shine bright like the ones in the game. I considered making classics like Luke's or Obi-Wan's, but then I remembered how much I loved the Force Unleashed series - I wish they were made into movies! Now, I'm planning on making several more from other games. The hilt of my saber is hollow, allowing lights to be added inside for a mesmerizing glow effect. If you're thinking of adding lights, consider using a thicker shell to diffuse the light better or make the whole saber bigger. The top of the saber has a removable cap, which I'm working on incorporating into the blade design. I designed my saber in two parts - black and white. Feel free to experiment with different color filaments if you have them; if not, don't worry, as the two-file design makes it easier to print. Printing everything at once is not recommended, trust me. There are also two versions of the black shell with a hole, which I created because I was having trouble printing it as one piece. To fix this issue, I cut it in half and cleverly hid the cut under a ring. Some assembly required! Sanding will be necessary to ensure everything fits together smoothly. You can also try increasing the size of certain parts by 0.5-1mm if needed. If you have any questions or need further clarification, please don't hesitate to ask in the comments. **Printing Settings:** * Layer Height: 0.06 * Shell Thickness: 1mm * Bottom/Top Thickness: 1mm * Fill Density: 25% * Print Speed: 50 mm/s * Print Temp: 210°C * Bed Temp: 70°C * Support Type: Everywhere (Remember to adjust support settings for the saber guard when printing black parts) * Angle: 15° * Adhesion Type: Raft
