Star Glider Solar-sail and Inertial Drive Craft

The Solar-sail and Impulse Inertial-drive Craft is a rough mock-up, combining key elements of the Starglider along with the vital Phaeton Collector Station. The solar sail on the Starglider functions not only as a photo-voltaic collector but also powers banks of impulse reaction wheels running along the sides of the craft. Meanwhile, the Phaeton maintains precise orbit around the Sun and beams sunlight to power the Starglider with its massive array of collector mirrors whenever the Starglider ventures outside Mars' orbit.
