These intricate paper snowflakes are a masterpiece, and they've inspired me to create something truly special. You can see them in all their glory at mattersofgrey.com/diy-star-wars-snowflakes/. But let's not get ahead of ourselves - if SOPA becomes law, it will be used to censor Thingiverse and the entire internet, just like this. You might think this is just a pipe dream, but let's not forget George Lucas' history with the word "droid". He treats it like his own personal property, and that's exactly how SOPA will be used to silence dissenting voices. This design was optimized specifically for glow-in-the-dark ABS plastic, but you could easily adapt it for laser cutting if you prefer. Unfortunately, my printer is currently down for repairs, so I won't have a printed version to show you today. But rest assured, I'll post an update as soon as it's back up and running!
