Star Emblem for 57 - 58 Pontiac

My brother-in-law asked me to create replica star emblems for a 57-58 Pontiac Belvedere from an image he found on eBay. He plans to use these replicas to make molds that will allow him to die cast parts. I printed the emblems in PLA, but any FDM material would work equally well. I used a 100% infill and a resolution of 0.2. My print settings were as follows: Printer brand: Printrbot Printer model: Printrbot Simple Metal Rafts: Not necessary Supports: None needed Resolution: 0.2 millimeters Infill density: 100% I printed the emblems on a Printrbot Play, and I tested printing with and without a raft. It didn't matter which method I used, as both resulted in a slow print.
