The Star Citizen logo is a beautiful display piece that I'm using as a coaster at the moment, but it's definitely worthy of being showcased on its own merit. My initial print was done with Hatchbox wood on my trusty CR-10s 3D printer and needs a bit of clean-up, yet it turned out pretty impressive overall. I found the black and white image online that I used as inspiration and converted it into a vector format using Illustrator. Finally, I imported and extruded the design in Blender to bring it to life.
