Star Bullseye Fan Cover (For a Secure Hold)
thingiverse
After installing the Petfang Bullseye onto my Ender 3, the turbine fan started wobbling slightly. I experimented with different covers to improve the fan's hold on the Bullseye, but none of them provided a firm grip. Krusty84's design was nearly perfect for my needs, but it lacked one crucial element: securing the cover to the Bullseye. Drawing inspiration from his mk1 version, I made some adjustments to ensure both the fan and the cover were securely attached to the Bullseye, eliminating the wobble entirely. With a bit of tinkering, I discovered that the longer screws originally used to secure the fan could also be used to attach the cover to the bottom of the Bullseye. Meanwhile, the shorter screws proved ideal for securing the fan to the cover from behind on top. During my installation process, only one screw felt firmly seated on top, while the other slid in easily; however, the entire assembly is now securely attached and functions smoothly.
