Stanley Tool Organizer Side Panel Separators with Drawers
thingiverse
I designed custom separators for my "Stanley Tool Organizer System" (available on Amazon). With the abundance of space in one of its side panels, I opted to utilize this area for storing my Carcassonne tiles and meeples instead of actual tools, as they fit seamlessly within. For my specific needs, retaining the panel in its original state would have been a misuse of space. That's why I introduced separators. Although the few upright walls on the panels aren't perfectly straight or stiff due to their slight wobble, this solution still works well for me. In case you encounter any issues printing the separators due to their fit not being tight with your printer, I've included a SCAD file as an added resource. Please note that it's not entirely parametric and may require some adjustments, but it does serve its purpose. I invite you to give this DIY project a try and leave a comment below.
