Stanley Sortmaster Fixation
thingiverse
This is a Blocker used to fix my Stanley Sortmaster Junior Organizer. It provides a secure grip so boxes don't fall out or move more than one or two millimeters. It completes the entire design. The following files are included: Fusion360 designs of the block and cabinet Fusion360 measurements STL Files (one for tight fit and one for wider) I recommend using the tight fit STL file. You can easily mirror it in your slicer. The wood used is 1.2 cm thick mulitplex, stained with mahogany and covered in a clear coat. You can print them from 0.1 to 0.3 layer height depending on your optical preferences. For me, it's 0.1. I believe you could also reduce the infill percentage. Twenty percent is pretty strong, but I like it.
