Stanley Razor Scraper

Stanley Razor Scraper

thingiverse

A holder designed to facilitate the removal of Stanley razor blades for tackling 3D prints stuck to the bed. This tool can also be used to remove decals and clean flat glass surfaces with ease. The design incorporates recesses for the blade to sit snugly in place, as well as holes to insert M3 nuts on the back side. To assemble, you will need 2x M3 nuts and bolts - specifically, I recommend using M3 x 4mm nuts which allow the shafts to fit flush against the scraper's back. In the image, you'll see the "Punched mini" scraper in action. For optimal results, position the part so that the holes for the m3 nuts are facing downwards towards the print bed. Given its design, support material should not be required. Please exercise caution when using this tool, as plastic can break and send the sharp blade flying. I accept no liability for any injuries resulting from this design. Print Settings Printer: Folgertech FT-5 Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: Solid
