Stanley Organizer - 25 different sizes
thingiverse
I use Stanley organizers for my screws and electronic items extensively. However, I've always been dissatisfied with the available bin sizes. So, I decided to create a variety of different dimensions myself. All the bins feature 2mm bottoms and walls. The bottom is 1mm smaller in all directions than the corresponding side. The height is 42mm, making them slightly taller than the originals to prevent washers from jumping into other bins. Nevertheless, I wouldn't recommend carrying organizers with small parts if you have a handle. On the picture, you can see some examples of numbering for the sizes. The first number represents X, and the second number represents Y. Available sizes include: 1x1, 1x2, 1x3, 1x4 2x0.5, 2x1, 2x2, 2x3, 2x4 3x0.5, 3x1, 3x2, 3x3, 3x4 4x0.5, 4x1, 4x2, 4x3 5x0.5, 5x1, 5x2, 5x3 6x0.5, 6x1, 6x2 Theoretically, you should be able to print the 6x size on a Prusa i3 since it is 239mm long. Make sure you really have this freedom in the X-axis. I didn't test all sizes, especially the larger ones. If you miss a size, feel free to contact me.
