This insert is a divider for the smallest (that I'm aware of) tubs in the Stanley Fatmax Organiser range. It's based on designs from guppy75 which provides dividers for the shallow medium and large sized tubs, I highly recommend these dividers. I suggest printing at 100% infill for structural strength of the vertical part, when printed with less infill they tend to snap under stress.
