Stanley FATMAX Deep Pro Organizer Base Clip v2

Stanley FATMAX Deep Pro Organizer Base Clip v2

This is v2 of my Stanley Fatmax Deep Pro Organizer Base Clip, upgraded for rotation instead of sliding. The new axis features screws and brackets that provide a smoother motion. I secured the brackets with 3.0x30 wood screws equipped with countersunk heads and self-cutting M2.5x10 DIN 7500 screws, which are at least M2.5x6. Print Settings: Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Notes: I printed this model using a layer height of 0.2mm with 100% infill and PLA material. To assemble the organizer, you'll need four times as many brackets and two clips. Print the clips upright without supports if your printer can handle overhangs at a 45-degree angle. Apply a generous amount of brim (8-12mm) to ensure proper adhesion to the print bed. Post-Printing Assembly Instructions: Start by attaching the brackets to the clips, first assembling one side. The clip should fit snugly when rotated upright, allowing you to position the organizer accordingly towards the board's edge. Press down on the clip and mark the middle of the bracket mounting holes with a pen. Place the screws about 0.5 mm below your mark for added downward pressure.
