I fixed this for a coworker; It worked in his Stanley bottle. The threads were enlarged to compensate for worn out threads on the original. The lid sealed without the rubber O-Ring, but I would recommend using an O-Ring. Hot beverages distort the sealing end of the lid. Eventually it will lose its seal. I'm going to try to modify the design to work better and take advantage of the fact that PETG can spring back to shape if printed correctly.
