Used CNC cutting tool PRSalpha for the job, as it proved to be a great fit. If you have access to a makerspace or fablab, that would be perfect. Ready to be cut with 18mm thick material. I used leftover plywood for recycling purposes. I strongly recommend conducting a tolerance test before making the full cut, since my CNC machine was not in its optimal state and the plywood was extremely weak. Version 2, created on November 29, 2018. Added a fixture to hold both ends from wiggling motion. It is not strictly necessary, but if you are not using solid wood, I suggest cutting out the 'fixture' so it can remain steady. For personal use, you may want to add a fillet with a hand trimmer, which works nicely when used indoors with children.
