
Standing Female Deity, probably Durga

A Cambodian pre-Angkor period sculpture dating from the last quarter of the 7th century to early 8th century features a standing female deity, possibly Durga, made of stone. It measures 134 cm in height and 45.7 cm in width. The piece was acquired by the Metropolitan Museum of Art - New York in 2000 through a purchase funded by the Rogers Fund and an anonymous gift, made in honor of Martin Lerner. Keith Ozar and Anney Fresh used Autodesk 123D Catch to capture this artwork at the museum. As part of the Met MakerBot Hackathon in June 2012, they captured it.
