To finish my RepWalker Mutants, I was without a servo due to delayed mail delivery. Thus, I devised a rapid-to-print, manual turning servo stand-in. Suitable for any project requiring a 40 x 20 mm servo base but lacking one at home, this dummy also benefits older or nonfunctional models, preserving their display value. Shellmo.radow.org provides further information. For optimal printing results on the 0.5mm design, particularly for the c-ring and its counter groove, print at 0.5, 0.25, or 0.125mm layer heights. Utilizing a RepRap printer with a 0.4mm nozzle and 0.5mm layer height yielded impressive results, as illustrated in the accompanying photo.
