Standard Radius Gauge
thingiverse
This is a standard radius gauge in 1/8 inch increments. It is only accurate if your printer is set up correctly. You should verify the sizes against a know standard. I recommend printing this on high quality to get the best surface finish and so the letters will be readable. You may need to use a brim if it lifts off the bed while printing. I made this tool so I could find out what radius was on an object that I am replacing with a new design. To use the tool, you hold the tool up to the part and rotate the tool until there is almost no gap between to tool and the radius you are measuring. If the radius is in between two sizes then you may be able to estimate by taking the average of the two. You can print this in any color but black is difficult to read and white gets dirty quickly. I recommend a bright color with black letters.
