This is a low-poly game-ready bathroom sink model that can be subdivided to enhance realism. The model comes equipped with a second UV channel for lightmaps in Unreal Engine 4, allowing for detailed reflections and ambient occlusion effects. Its unique shape enables seamless placement on any surface, making it an ideal addition to your game's environment. FORMATS: The model was originally created in Maya 2017, and I've included two different shading methods for added versatility: 1. 'PBR Metalness Textures' for Arnold, Unreal Engine 4, and FBX formats. 2. 'Default Standard Materials' for Viewport 2.0, OBJ, and FBX StandardMats formats. ADDITIONAL NOTES: To accurately recreate the model's appearance, I've included Maya standard lights in the scene, ensuring a consistent look that matches the images above. A single texture map for HDRI reflections (2k resolution) is also provided to enhance realism.
